Following a recent re-tendering exercise, Inspiring Primaries Academy Trust is proud to announce Educaterers as its new in school caterer, effective from the 17th February 2020.

Educaterers have over 60 years’ experience in the education sector and their mission is to provide delicious, healthy nutritious food to everyone they serve. They were recently awarded the Lead Association for Catering in Education ‘Business of the Year’ award for 2019 which recognises organisations that make an outstanding contribution to schools in their area and who continue to make a real difference to education catering. Further information about Educaterers can be found on their website www.educaterers.co.uk

During the exercise, we were particularly impressed with Educaterers focus on working with schools to provide healthy and nutritious food that children want to eat, and the use of their ‘Nutrigang’  to raise pupil awareness of not only food and nutrition but also sustainability and ecology.

Further information regarding new menu options, costs and changes to how meals will be ordered and paid for will shortly be issued by each school.

We are delighted and excited to be working with specialists who can meet the growing demand from the Trust community for a hot meals lunchtime service.
